Internal Rules and Regulations

Dear guests, please strictly observe the following rules:

Smoking

Smoking is NOT allowed inside the guesthouse, but only in the specially designed outdoor areas.
In case of non-compliance with this strict rule, in accordance with the legislation in force, the guest will be asked to leave the guesthouse unconditionally within 30 minutes and will be required to pay the full amount of the accommodation and will also be obliged to pay a fee of 450 lei for the thorough sanitization of the area where he smoked.

Parking

Private on-site parking is possible for a fee and requires reservation.

Privacy

We will never use your personal data without your consent.

Environmental Protection

It is a permanent concern. Towels and bed linen are changed after 2 days of stay or at the request of the guest, in accordance with art.13 lit. (q) of Ordinance no. 65/2013.
Equally, as a guest, you may opt to reuse towels and/or to waive the cleaning services in your room.
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE LIGHTS ON AND WATER RUNNING.

Safety of personal belongings

We assume no responsibility for items forgotten or lost in the hostel.
If found in the room or common areas, they will be sent by courier, with payment, to the address you have mentioned.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Other rules to follow:
  • Consumption of food is allowed only in specially designated areas; kitchenettes may only be used for the purpose of heating food/cooking, not for actual cooking (for the safety of the guests and to maintain cleanliness).
  • Unaccommodated guests are not allowed in the guesthouse unless they have been informed at reception;
  • It is forbidden to disturb the peace and quiet of other guests, including neighbors between 22:00 – 07:00;
  • It is forbidden to drink alcoholic beverages in excess, to make loud noises both indoors and outdoors, or at times that disturb other guests or neighbors.
  • It is forbidden to destroy/damage the objects in the equipment of the guesthouse, regardless of their nature. Otherwise, you will owe the guesthouse an amount equal to the value of the damaged/destroyed object as well as all labor;
  • It is forbidden to leave the premises of the guesthouse with objects belonging to the guesthouse;
  • Do not use the towels for: wiping dyed hair, removing make-up, cleaning shoes, floors, windows, etc. Use only for body use.
  • It is forbidden to bring into the guesthouse any weapons, firearms or substances prohibited by law. According to Romanian law, the consumption or sale of hallucinogenic or psychotropic substances is forbidden and punishable according to the law in force;
  • You are kindly requested to notify as soon as possible any malfunction of the appliances or installations of the guest house;
  • We are not responsible for any accident caused as a result of improper use of the items provided or failure to comply with these regulations;
  • The guest house does not take responsibility for cars in the private parking lot, nor for items left in them;
  • Garbage and household waste must be deposited in garbage bags, which can be purchased at the reception, or in the garbage bins located in the hostel. It is forbidden to throw rubbish of any kind, including cigarette butts, in any place other than the waste bins or ashtrays.
  • DO NOT flush objects into the toilet that could damage the waste collection station;
  • We ask you to be careful when going up and down the stairs inside the accommodation in order to avoid the danger of injury, especially when they are freshly washed (when the cleaning services will be performed in the common areas you will be informed by markings, which we ask you to respect).
  • The key will only be handed back to the reception (if applicable) after the end of the booked period after the room has been checked by the service staff of the guest house.
  • For the vehicles parked on the premises and parking maneuvers / entry / exit, the relevant legislation applies.
  • Access code expires at 11.00 on the day of check-out (check-out time)

In the event of failure to comply with one or more of the restrictions in this regulation, IMPERIAL STUDIO SRL reserves the right to take legal action for violation of private property or its internal rules.
