IMPERIAL STUDIO POLICIES

General provisions

As your hosts, we wish you a pleasant stay in our guesthouse. We strive to make sure that all the services we offer meet your expectations and fulfill your wishes.

Our establishment is classified as 3-star category and operates according to the current legislative norms issued by the National Tourism Authority.

The policies and house rules, presented below, are intended to establish the prerequisites for the proper functioning of the accommodation unit in civilized conditions, in accordance with the law. Both policies and house rules apply to all guests using any Imperial Studio service without exception.

Our establishment reserves the right to change and/or update the content of these documents at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we invite you to consult these documents periodically in order to verify the policies and house rules, which you have tacitly agreed to abide by when checking in.

A. ACCOMMODATION POLICY:

The accommodation policy defines how to check in and check out.

  • The accommodation in the hostel can be booked individually on the basis of the access code for the reserved accommodation space or at the reception desk, presenting your ID card and/or passport for registration in the guest register and to be issued with the access code for the reserved accommodation space.
  • The full payment of the accommodation service costs is made before or upon arrival, once the check-in formalities are completed, depending on the type of reservation.
  • From the moment the access code is given in the accommodation space, the reservation holder/reserving responsible is responsible for the room(s) booked.
  • Accommodation in a double room requires a maximum of 2 persons.
  • Single accommodation is for one person.
  • The maximum capacity/room is 4 persons depending on availability, on request.
  • Check-in from 15:00-22:00.*
    *Expressed in local time. Subject to availability, upon arrival, the room may be provided earlier than check-in time at no extra charge, but the property cannot guarantee or confirm this in advance.
    *If you arrive later than 22:00, please let us know.
  • Check-out no later than 11:00.
  • The fee for late check-out is 200 lei with the note that late check-out can be made no later than 18:00 and is primarily subject to availability.
  • The room rates are displayed at the reception and are for accommodation only.
B. reservation/cancellation policy:

The Cancellation Policy defines how the accommodation treats reservations and how to cancel.

  • If cancellation is made up to 14 days before check-in – no penalty will be applied.
  • If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before check-in – the guest house reserves the right to charge a penalty equivalent to one night’s accommodation.
  • In case of no-show, the guesthouse reserves the right to apply a penalty equivalent to one night’s accommodation.
  • Reservations are only guaranteed upon payment of a deposit of at least one night’s accommodation.
  • Reservations are made and confirmed in writing by e-mail or Whats App;
  • The reservation is nominal and non-transferable, being addressed exclusively to the reservation holder/responsible person, i.e. the person who requested the accommodation services, regardless of how the reservation was made.
  • The Reservation Holder/Reservation Holder is directly liable for any damage caused by the guest/guests for whom the reservation has been requested, and the accommodation establishment has the right to claim against the Reservation Holder/Reservation Holder for payment of any damage caused. Any dispute will be settled amicably, otherwise it will be referred to the courts at the accommodation service provider’s premises.
C. INTERNET

It describes what type of Internet is available, in which locations in the hostel and at what cost.

  • Wi-Fi is available throughout the guest house and is free of charge.
D. PARK
  • On-site parking is possible on reservation, subject to availability and charges are applicable.
E. PETS

This policy determines whether pets are allowed or not.

  • Pets are not allowed
F. OTHER REMARKS
  • Any refusal on the part of the client to comply with the accommodation procedure provided for by the legislation in force, namely the refusal to present a valid identity document (identity card and/or passport) upon arrival at the accommodation unit will automatically lead to the impossibility to carry out the accommodation procedures (check-in) and to pay for the tourist services offered (if applicable), but at the same time, this refusal will implicitly lead to the cancellation of the reservation, namely to not benefiting from the requested services, without the accommodation unit being liable in any way towards the client, regardless of how the reservation is made.
  • Our establishment offers accommodation, but parties or other events of this kind are not allowed as they are not suitable for the location.
  • Any dispute will be settled amicably, failing which it will be referred to the courts at the accommodation service provider’s premises.
G. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION:
  • Detergents, bleaches and fresheners are used to sanitize bed linen and towels. They all end up in the water, which is then discharged into the sewage system that treats at least 95% of the water.
  • Don’t forget that water is one of the main natural resources and not all people benefit from it at their discretion. Appreciate this benefit and save it. Don’t wait until you are deprived of it.
  • Any water saving helps us protect natural resources.
  • As a guest, you have the option to re-use towels and/or waive in-room cleaning services.
  • KINDLY KEEP THE LIGHTS OFF AND THE WATER RUNNING.
  • In the interest of protecting the environment, please DO NOT dispose of plastic/hygienic bags, non-degradable paper, chemicals in the sewage system, which either do not decompose or destroy the bacterial flora in the treatment plant, thus affecting the soil into which the water is discharged.
